90% of European drivers make daily less than 80 kilometres. This means that the battery capacity of 40 kWh allows covering over 85% of the range needs. Nissan Leaf is the first electric car with the range approved in compliance with The Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) protocol.
Having chance for test driving of that car, I was amazed how smooth the drive could be and how fast the car can accelerate. As in electric cars the torque is available from zero – the acceleration is immediate! At the same time the car is very stable thanks to a low-placed center of gravity (I tested it in demanding track conditions – lots of bends and accompanying strong wind). I strongly recommend you to test that car and personally cannot wait to try the performance in the 62 kWh edition! – said Marek Stawinski, NaviParking CEO
